The instant revision is directed against an order passed by the Family Court on an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
The order, in my considered opinion, is appealable in as much as Section 19 of the Family Court Act, provides that every final order passed by the Family Court is appealable under that section.
The revision is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable.
