Controversy raised in the present petition stands adjudicated by this Court in Writ Petition No. 26133 of 2018 (Dhirendra Pratap Singh and another Vs. State of U.P. and 6 others) on 11.12.2018. Reliance was placed upon the judgment of Apex Court in State of U.P. Vs. Shiv Kumar Pathak; 2018 (12) SCC 595, wherein the Apex Court has observed that the qualification prescribed for the post of teacher in NCTE Regulations would be binding, notwithstanding a statutory stipulation in the rules or the advertisement.
This petition therefore is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 11.12.2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 26133 of 2018 Dhirendra Pratap Singh (supra).
