JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag. C.J. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the University.
2. This appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 10th November, 2014 in W.P(C) No. 29509/2014, by which order, the writ petition filed by the appellants was dismissed. The appellants had come up with the writ petition praying for a direction to the respondent University to accept the prescribed fee and allow the petitioners to submit their main project and appear to the course Viva of M. Tech. Final Semester. The first petitioner has lost two subjects and the 1st petitioner lost one semester. Examination was not conducted for second semester.
3. The learned Single Judge noted that the period for submitting the application was over. Hence, the writ petition was dismissed.
4. The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the extended period for submitting the application is till 25th November, 2014, along with payment of super fine. He submits that now the appellants can very well submit their applications along with fine. It is submitted that the W.A. No. 1706 of 2014 -: 2 :-
examination was scheduled for 24th November, 2014.
5. We are of the view that the appellants shall also be permitted to submit their examination fee along with super fine and be permitted to appear in the Viva voce for M. Tech. Final Semester and submit their main project.
With the above observation, the writ appeal is allowed.
