These writ petitioners have approached the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Kochi for release of the gold ornaments. The learned Magistrate by an Order passed directed to release the gold ornaments by imposing conditions. These gold ornaments are to be released by the respondents. The petitioners approached this Court on account of delay in implementing the order passed by the Judicial First Class Magistrate. This order has been passed in the year 2013. On instructions the learned Government Pleader submits that for verification and identification of the gold ornaments some time is required. It seems that these gold ornaments are placed under the custody of a financial institution concerned. Considering nature of reliefs, the petitioner in WP(C). No.28591/2014 shall appear before the second respondent WP(C).Nos.28591, 28605 & 28627/2014.
2 on 24.11.2014 at 10 am. and the petitioner in WP(C). No.28605/2014 shall appear before the second respondent on 25.11.2014 at 10 am. and the petitioner in WP(C). No.28627/2014 shall appear before the second respondent on 26.11.2014 at 10 am. for obtain the gold ornaments. The 2nd respondent shall release the gold ornaments based on the directions imposed by the Magistrate on the very same day itself.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
