The writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent nos.6 not to allot certain chaks till the pendency of the case instituted by the petitioner before the Assistant Consolidation Officer regarding his title over the aforesaid plots.
The relief as prayed by the petitioner cannot be granted in as much as any allotment of chaks would be subject to the title proceedings allegedly instituted by the petitioner before any appropriate Authority.
