JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending this civil revision petition, the suit and the appeal proceedings, the suit filed in O.S.No.98 of 2010 itself PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J., srn has become infructuous and therefore, the civil revision petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
2. In view of the above submission, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
