This petition has been filed for directing J.S.C.C., Kanpur Nagar to expedite and decide the Small Causes Case No.177 of 2014, (Mohd. Sayeed vs. Mohd. Jameel).
Without entering into the controversy raised by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the court below to expedite the hearing of the suit and proceed without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
