Heard Sri T.A. Khan, learned counsel for the applicant.
For willful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 5.10.2013 passed by Civil Judge (JD), Fatehpur in case no. 513 of 2013 (Sayeed Ahmad Vs. State), the applicant filed the present contempt application.
On being confronted as to whether any application under Order 39, Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed before the concerned court or not, learned counsel for the applicant states that no such application has been filed.
The contempt application is disposed of with the liberty to the applicant to file an application under Order 39, Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure before the court concerned. In case such an application is filed, that may be considered and decided in accordance with law.
