2. Petitioner claims to have submitted his representation on 14.10.2017 to the Assistant Commissioner for reconsideration of records for placing file before the Missing Records Committee.
3. Learned AGA submits that petitioner’s representation at Annexure-H will be considered and file will be placed before the committee within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, Missing Records Committee shall consider the petitioner’s case expeditiously. His submission is placed on record.
