Petitioner proposed to construct a commercial building. Ext.P2 is the permit. Total plinth area is more than 1000 sq.mts. Petitioner approached this Court seeking a direction to the first respondent to issue No Objection Certificate and also process application for P-form to remove red earth from the site covered by Ext.P2 permit. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the application for No objection certificate, produced as Ext.P3. If the first respondent issues No Objection Certificate, the second respondent shall issue necessary P-form to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of such NOC. The first respondent is directed to consider such application within a period of two weeks. It is pointed out by learned Government Pleader that ExtP3 is not in proper form. It is open for the petitioner to apply for NOC in the requisite form.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
