Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 as well as learned A.G.A. appearing for State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash entire proceedings of Case No. 680/11/2014 (Smt. Tasleem Vs. Sadiq ) U/s 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station- Civil Line, District- Aligarh, pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Court No.1, Aligarh. Further prayer to quash the order dated 22.4.20219 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No.1, Aligarh, has also been made.
Vide order dated 24.6.2019 the matter was referred to Mediation Centre and proceedings of the aforesaid case was stayed. As per mediation report parties are not willing for mediation.
Under the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court concerned is directed to decide Case No. 680/11/2014 (Smt. Tasleem Vs. Sadiq ) U/s 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station- Civil Line, District- Aligarh, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of finally.
