Learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted that due to inadvertent mistake some incorrect pleadings are mentioned in the revision, therefore, he does not want to press this revision.
Accordingly, the prayer is allowed.
The revision is, therefore, dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh revision in accordance with law.
The registry is directed to return the original documents, if any, annexed with the revision to the revisionist after keeping a copy of the same on record.
