JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) When the Bench constituted itself today, it was greeted by empty chairs. No lawyers are present, nor any litigants. This is on account of a call from the Bar Council of India for abstaining from work which has been accepted by the Gujarat High Court Advocates Association by the re solution communicated to this Court.
Least the litigants may suffer, we adjourn this matter to 13/07/2012, instead of passing an order of dismissal for non-prosecution.
