At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to file fresh petition because the informant (Kausar) has not been impleaded as opposite party in this application.
The prayer is allowed.
Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars.
Certified copy of F.I.R. dated 08.04.2015, charge sheet dated 29.06.2015 and order sheets (Annexure No. 4) be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant within a week.
