Whereas the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri Saroshbasthawala, presented this petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed therein, the High Court may be pleased to quash the said matter of Crime NO. 172 of 2011, filed under Sections 447, 427 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code, on the file of the Police Station, Pahadisharief, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, A.P., filed thereafter before the Court of the XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, A.P., and discharge the Petitioners herein;
And whereas, the High Court upon perusing the Memo of Grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Saroshbasthawala, Advocate for the Petitioner, and the Public Prosecutor, on behalf of Respondent No.1, directed issue of notice to Respondent No.2 returnable in four weeks to show cause as to why this petition should not be admitted;
