Grievance of the petitioner regarding payment of interest on delayed payment of GPF and pension, may be redressed at first instance by the respondents. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent no.3, raising all his grievances within three weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order and in the event, such a representation is made within the stipulated period, it shall be decided by the respondent No.3 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within next six weeks after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
