Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to decide Case No. 961 of 2016 (Sadhna Mishra Vs. Birendra Mishra) within stipulated period filed under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act.
It is the case of the petitioner that she is living separately along with son and she is not getting any interim maintenance and due to pendency of divorce petition, she is not in a position to settle her life properly. The petitioner has prayed that a suitable direction be issued upon Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur for early disposal of divorce petition.
Considering the facts of the case that the petition is disposed of with direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to decide the divorce petition expeditiously, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of production of certified copy of the order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
