1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the police authorities to give protection to the petitioners as they have married out of their own sweet will.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major according to their Aadhar Card and they have married out of their own sweet will on 11.12.2019. Since the petitioners have married against their parents wishes, they are being harassed by the family members. Hence this writ petition.
4. Both the petitioners are present in Court and from appearance, they look to be major.
5. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S- Shahbad, District Rampur, who shall extend all help and protection to them under the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
