At the very outset, Sri Prakash Tripathi, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ramesh Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for respondent submits that in the present case, First Information Report as Case Crime No.0246 of 2021 at P.S. Bhogaon, District Mainpuri under Section 366 I.P.C. has been lodged.
In view of the above, this writ petition has become infructuous. Dismissed accordingly.
