The learned counsel for the petitioners states that he is not in a position to produce the victim and therefore he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition when he is in a position to produce the victim.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
When a fresh petition is filed, copy of the same shall be served upon Sri Manoj Kumr, who has filed a caveat on behalf of the respondent no.4.
