Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of Interim Maintenance Application in Maintenance Case No. 106 of 2018, Smt. Sadhana Singh v. Ram Asharey, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Shivkuti, District Allahabad pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of matter pending under Section 125 Cr.P.C. before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad.
In view of the above, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid application for interim maintenance within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
