Although several prayers have been made in the writ petition but at the time of making oral submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner shall feel satisfied if respondent no.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Prayagraj is directed to examine the grievance of the petitioner and take remedial steps in respect of the prayer for free and fair investigation of Case Crime No.1053 of 2020, under sections 376-D and 506 IPC, P.S. Soraon, District Prayagraj.
Learned AGA has no objection to the same.
Accordingly, we dispose of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent no.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Prayagraj with a detailed representation and attested copy of the instant order and in which event, he shall examine the grievance of the petitioner and take remedial measures.
