Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have given him instructions not to press the present petition.
Considering the said statement, it is noticed that the petitioner society is resisting joining of respondent nos. 4 and 5 who were selected as Cadre Secretary by the District Administrative Committee, Hathras.
The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
The result would be that there shall be no interference in the joining of respondent nos. 4 and 5.
