Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri S.P. Tiwari and learned Standing Counsel for the opposite parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an Appeal under Section 28 (3) of Uttar Pradesh Essential Commodities Distribution Ordinance, 2012 (Sadhan Sahkari Samiti Lidehna Grant vs. State of U.P.) is pending before the Commissioner, Devipatan Mandal, Gonda, District Gonda.
In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the case, the Commissioner, Devipatan Mandal, Gonda, District Gonda is directed to decide the Appeal under Section 28 (3) of Uttar Pradesh Essential Commodities Distribution Ordinance, 2012 (Sadhan Sahkari Samiti Lidehna Grant vs. State of U.P.) expeditiously in accordance with law say within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him, if there is no legal hurdle.
With the above observation and direction the writ petition is finally disposed of.
