The limited prayer in this Original Petition is for an early disposal of Ext.P3 claim petition.
2. Suffice to say that that in O.S.No. 205/2013 pending before the Principal Sub Court, Kollam, the property which the petitioner claims to be his was attached. The petitioner points out that he purchased the property from the second respondent long before the attachment. Therefore the property is not liable to be attached. Now what the petitioner prays is that the petitioner had filed a claim petition which may be directed to be disposed of at the earliest.
3. In the light of the order that is proposed to be passed, it is felt that notice to the respondents is unnecessary.

The Principal Sub Court, Kollam is directed to dispose of the claim petition in I.A.No.2853/2013 in I.A.No.882/2013 in O.S.No. 205/2013 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
