The petitioner had approached this Court with a request to dispose of the Arbitration Case said to be pending before the Assistant Registrar (General) of Co-operative Societies, Trichur, as A.R.C.921 of 2009. If the same is still pending consideration, the Arbitrator appointed, shall consider disposal of the same expeditiously, at any rate, within four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, after issuing notice to the respondent Bank. The writ petition is disposed of, leaving the parties to suffer their respective costs.
