The order impugned falls under Order XXXVIII Rule 6 of Code of Civil Procedure which is appealable under Order XLIII Rule 1(q) of Code of Civil Procedure. The court below has by the order impugned withdrawn the attachment in relation to the property in question. The Original Petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file an appeal if so advised.
