Applicant has moved the present bail application seeking bail in Case Crime No.330 of 2017 u/s 363, 376D, 506 IPC, 3(2) V SC/ST Act, 3/4 POCSO Act and 67 I.T. Act PS Jhinjhana District Shamli.
Perusal of the record shows that applicant is named in the FIR. It is a case of gang rape and filming of entire scenario by making video of the rape.
Looking to the seriousness of the allegation as made in the FIR, gravity of offence and the severity of punishment, no case for grant of any indulgence is made out at this stage.
Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected at this stage.
