At the very inception the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a better petition.
The learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to him to rake up his grievance again.
