There is a cross version of petitioners and respondent No.3 for the incident that has occurred on 07.06.2019 with respect to which the First Information Report have been lodged by both sides.
The injury report of the petitioners are on record.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the First Information Report lodged by respondent No.3 is exaggeration of the incident occurred on 07.06.2019 and the petitioners have been implicated for some previous rivalry.
Be that as it may, looking to the assertion, this Court do not find any reason to quash the First Information Report, but it is provided that the petitioners shall not be arrested till submission of the police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. in Case Crime No. 17 of 2019 under Sections 147, 323, 452, 504, 506 and 325 I.P.C., Police Station Chakarghatta, District Chandauli. However, they shall be under obligation to cooperate the investigation going on.
With the above observations, the present petition stands disposed of.
