JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge is FIR relating to Case Crime No. 861of 2009, under Sections 143, 323, 332, 427, 504, 506 IPC read with Section 7 Crl. Law Act, police station Bewana, district Ambedkar Nagar. We have gone through the contents of the FIR. Since the FIR discloses commission of cognizable offence, the FIR cannot be quashed.
However, seeing trivial nature of the allegations so leveled against the petitioner, we hereby dispose of the writ petition with a direction that the petitioner shall not be arrested in the aforesaid case crime number unless and until cogent and reliable evidence comes forward against the petitioner in the shape of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C., provided he cooperates with the investigation, which shall go on.
