JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State Attorney. 2. By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family in any manner by repeatedly summoning the petitioner to the Police Station.
3. The petitioner's case is that in Original Suit No.460 of 2006 a decree was passed in favour of the petitioner on 23.1.2012 granting prohibitory injunction. The allegation in the writ petition is that the third respondent has failed to perform his duty and taken illegal action against the petitioner. It has been further alleged that though the petitioner has served copy of the judgment, the third respondent has failed to discharge his the statutory duty. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been WP(C).No. 31754/14 2 called to the Police Station. From the averments made in the writ petition and complaint, Ext.P2 it does not appear that present case can be treated as a case of police harassment in any manner. Ext.P2 does not give any details to come to any conclusion regarding alleged police harassment.
The writ petition is closed.
