Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondent No.3, in view of the order which is being passed. 2. By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner in any manner at the behest of the third respondent's alleged false complaint and also not summoning him to the police station.
3. Learned Government Pleader submits that on a complaint submitted by the third respondent, the petitioner was summoned. However, the petitioner never appeared in the police station and filed an application for anticipatory bail. No crime has been registered. Learned Government Pleader also submits that WP(C) No. 28298/14 2 in view of the matter, proper notice will be issued to petitioner as and when he is required for any investigation or enquiry.
4. In view of the aforesaid, we close the writ petition. It goes without saying that whenever petitioner is summoned, he shall also be informed about the complaint, if any.
