When the matter came up for hearing today the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that no crime has been registered against the petitioner in Vadakara Police Station but only a petition has been received against him which is under enquiry. So the apprehension of the petitioner that he is likely to be arrested in a non-bailable offence by the respondent is without any basis. So the above submission of the Public Prosecutor is recorded and the petition is disposed of.
