The sole grievance of the petitioner is relating to the irregularities said to be committed by respondent No. 4 with regard to recognition and affiliation to a private school, appointment of teachers in primary school in violation of relevant government orders, admission, promotion and re- admission of students in primary school and non-compliance of provisions of Right to Education Act, 2008 relating to admission of 25% of students from downtrodden class of society in English Medium Schools.
The petition for writ is not containing facts adequately for adjudication of the issues agitated in the petition for writ.
In view of it, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by keeping the petitioner at liberty to agitate his cause before the District Basic Education Officer, Gorakhpur. If the petitioner agitates his cause before the authority aforesaid, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered in accordance with law within a period of two months subsequent thereto.
Petition is accordingly disposed of.
