Heard Sri Vijay Singh Sengar, learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned AGA and perused the impugned F.I.R, as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 13.3.2013 registered as Case Crime No. 67 of 2013, under section 382 IPC, P.S. Bilari, District Moradabad.
The petitioner is absconding in the FIR lodged against him in the year 2013, in which proceedings under Sections 82/ 83 CrPC were also initiated, indicating commission of cognizable offence.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
