The instant contempt proceedings has been initiated against the opposite parties, inter alia on the ground that the order dated 24.4.2006 passed in writ petition No. 3474 (SS) of 2006, whereby respondents were directed to consider the petitioner's case for regularization under Uttar Pradesh Collection Amin's Service Rules, 1974 by relaxing the age limit as has been provided in the Government Order dated 10.9.2000 along with other similarly situated and Senior Collection Amins against the sanctioned posts, in accordance with law, has not been complied with.
Notice was issued and in compliance thereof, learned Standing Counsel has received instructions and on the basis of instructions, he submits that the case of the petitioner has been considered by the State Government by the order dated 1.11.2011.
During the course of arguments, learned Standing Counsel has handed over a copy of instructions to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, who did not dispute the aforesaid facts.
Since the order passed by the writ Court has been complied with its letter and spirit, as such, the contempt petition is dismissed. Notice to the opposite parties is hereby discharged.
