Heard learned advocates for the petitioner.
Reliance is placed on Clause (c)(ii) of sub-section 3 of Section 63-AA of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948 about an opportunity of hearing to be given in case of refusal of an application for use of industrial purpose pursuant to sale of land.
Issue NOTICE, returnable on 7th October 2013.
Meanwhile, status quo qua the subject land be maintained by the parties.
Direct service is permitted.
