Hon'ble Abhinava Upadhya,J.
As directed by this Court, natural father (appellant) and natural mother (respondent) are present before this Court.
We conducted in camera enquiry in our chambers.
We have examined thoroughly from all possible angles and we are very much convinced that the child is in an absolutely fit condition with all senses of discretion. We found that though initially he had some hostility against his natural father (appellant) saying that he does not know the father at all; still, he agreed to treat him as a friend of the family if at all he was invited by his mother and the stepfather.
Eventually we have advised both the mother and the child's stepfather to explore the possibility of implementing the orders of the trial court to the effect that the appellant-father shall avail his opportunity of having association with the child for a couple of hours once in a three month's period at the place where the mother along with the child resides, that is, in the district of Bareilly. We could also convince the father and mother to try the possibilities and feasibility to have such association with the child.
We made this suggestion only to see whether there was any possibility of the child developing a soft corner and mend his attitude towards his natural father. All this exercise has been taken by us only in the best interests of the child regardless of other developments and circumstances prevailing between the parties. We are happy that both the parties agree to try this arrangement for some time.
Therefore, list this matter after four weeks in order to enable learned counsel to report this Court about the outcome of the suggestion made by this Court and application of the same.
In the meantime, learned counsel for the respondent is permitted to file a supplementary counter affidavit in reply to the rejoinder affidavit, if any.
