1. Heard Mr. Navin Sinha, learned Senior Counsel, assisted by Mr. Rahul Agarwal, learned counsel for appellant and Mr. Atul Kumar Shahi, learned counsel for respondents.
2. Mr. Atul Kumar Shahi, learned counsel for respondents submits that he has filed above mentioned application praying therein that amount awarded under the award, under challenge, which in compliance of this Court's order has been deposited by appellant with Court below, may be released in favour of respondents.
3. After hearing learned counsel for appellant, in our view, interest of justice shall be served if 50 % of amount deposited is directed to be released in favour of respondents. Accordingly, we direct Court below to release 50 % of amount deposited by appellant to respondent, subject to furnishing security to the satisfaction of Court, within a period of one week.
