Issue bailable warrant against respondent no. 4, In case respondent no. 4 appears or brought before C.J.M. and submits the bond then he will be set free with an undertaking that on the next date of listing he will make himself present before this Court. It is also directed that he will produce the corpus before this Court on the next date of listing.
C.J.M. concerned is directed to send a compliance report within fifteen days.
