Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP and considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the apprehension of the applicant, though vehemently denied by the learned APP, I deem it just and proper to direct that the investigation of C.R. No.I-56 of 2011 and C.R. No.I-57 of 2011 registered with Himmatngar Rural Police Station be carried out by the Circle Police Inspector of the concerned police station.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
