Heard the counsel for the parties.
The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 2.8.2017 passed by the Hapur Development Authority as well as against the order dated 20.5.2019 passed by the Commissioner, Meerut Division, Meerut.
The orders have been passed under Section 28 of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning & Development Act, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as, 'Act, 1973) and the petitioner has a remedy to file revision under Section 41 of the Act, 1973.
In view of the availability of alternative remedy to the petitioner, it is not a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is
dismissed.
The petitioner may file revision under Section 41 of the Act, 1973.
