Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed for seeking correction in the order dated 21.8.2019.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in paragraph No. 2 of the order dated 21.8.2019, the details of charging section has been mentioned as Sections 363 and 366 I.P.C. According to the learned counsel for the applicant, the same is incorrect and has crept in on account of typographical error. The correct description of the charging Sections is Sections 366 and 376 I.P.C. He, therefore, submits that the aforesaid mistake occurring in the order dated 21.8.2019 be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
In place of description Case Crime No. 170 of 2019 under Sections 363 and 366 I.P.C., the description Case Crime No. 170 of 2019 under Sections 366 and 376 I.P.C. shall be read.
With the aforesaid directions, this correction application stands finally disposed of.
