JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Bala Krishna Narayana,J.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri A. Srivastava, advocate holding brief of Sri D.S.M. Tripathi for respondents.
Considering the facts and circumstances and the allegations made in the impugned F.I.R., the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction that till the submission of report by the police under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 226 of 2010, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452, 498A and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Bahilpurwa, District Chitrakoot.
