Judge, Family Court, Mangalore, D.K. and etc., This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing, this day, the Court made the following:-

Sri. M. Sudhakar Pai, learned counsel for the respondent.
After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an application for review of the order dated 21.05.2019.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent that in case such an application for review is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties within a period of two weeks from the date of filing such an application.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
