JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 1
Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 2415 of 2019 Petitioner :- Sachin Kumar Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Jitendra Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- G.A.
Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J. Hon'ble Dinesh Kumar Singh-I,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 30.06.2017 registered as Case Crime No. 873 of 2017, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 201, 409, 120-B I.P.C., police station Siddharthnagar, District Siddharthnagar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that four accused persons have approached this Court and challenged the FIR of the present case and two of the writ petitions filed by the co-accused i.e. Writ Petition No. 2260 of 2018 and 1484 of 2018 have been dismissed on 01.02.2018 and 24.01.2018 respectively and the it is further pointed out that the other two co-accused persons have challenged the same in which some interim protection has been granted by Co-ordinate Bench.
Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer of quashing of the FIR.
However, taking into account the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners in the impugned F.I.R. which discloses a cognizable offence, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
