Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned A.G.A. for the respondents 1 and 2; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 29.1.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 26 of 2019, under Sections 307, 323 IPC, and under Section 3(2)(5) S.C./S.T. Act, P.S. Kotwali Dehat, District Bijnor.
The allegations made in the impugned first information report disclose commission of cognizable offence and report was immediately given by dialling 100. Further, it appears, two persons have received injuries and have been submitted for medical examination.
In view of the above, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
The petition is dismissed.
