Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in case crime No. 291 of 2014 under Section 302, 201 and 364 IPC, police station Babugarh, district Ghaziabad with the prayer to enlarge him on bail during the pendency of trial.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that he had filed third supplementary affidavit on 29.1.2018 bringing on record the statement of the informant and has stated that he has not supported the prosecution version, however, said supplementary affidavit is not on record.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the bail rejection order,first information report as well as averments as contained in the present bail application, this Court is of the opinion that the learned counsel for the applicant could not make out any good ground for enlarging the applicant on bail.
Accordingly, the bail application is hereby rejected.
After the order was passed learned counsel for the applicant prayed that the trial of the aforesaid case may be expedited.
Accordingly, court below concerned is directed to conclude the trial of the aforesaid case, expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before the court concerned, provided the proceedings are not stayed by any court of law.
