Heard Sri Uday Bhan Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only relief pressed in this writ petition is that the respondent No.1 may be directed to hear and decide the Case No.444 under Section 9A(2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, (Gaurav Vs. Haribans) (Village Koni Tappa, Pargana Haweli and District Gorakhpur) expeditiously, within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously, if it is still pending.
